Pulled Pork

 4 lbs Pork Shoulder/Butt
 12 oz Root Beer
 1 cup Jaymo's Sauce
 2 Garlic Cloves
 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 2 tbsp Mustard
 1 ½ tsp Thyme
 1 Onion - Purated (Optional)
 1 tbsp Chili Powder
 1 tsp Liquid Smoke (Hickory Flavored)

Rub pork with mustard, thyme, & chili powder.

Place in slow cooker.

Add root beer, garlic, Worcestershire, onion (optional) and liquid smoke to cooker.

Cook on LOW for 9-10 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.

Drain all liquid, strip pork.

Top with Jaymo's sauce at serving.
