• Chicken Wings - 6-12 Large Pieces
  • Jaymo's Sauce (Any Flavor) - To Coat

Cooking Instructions:

  • 1Fry or grill wings until about 75% done.
  • 2If grilling, baste the chicken wings with Jaymo’s sauce and put back on grill to burn on sauce and finish chicken wings to 165 internal temp.
  • 3If frying wings take out of fryer, toss with Jaymo’s sauce, put in pizza oven or under broiler for 5 minutes turning once to burn on sauce.
Let cook a bit and serve immediately. Note: Jaymo’s is an excellent marinade sauce and hence if you are grilling you can marinate the wings giving the meat just that much more flavor.
