Ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder/Butt - 4 lbs
  • Root Beer - 1 Can
  • Jaymo's Sauce - 1 Cup
  • Garlic - 2 Cloves
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • Mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • Thyme - 1 1/2 Tsp
  • Onion (Optional) - 1 Large Onion (Purated)
  • Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Liquid Smoke (Hickory Flavored) - 1 Tsp

Cooking Instructions:

  • 1Rub pork with mustard, thyme, & chili powder.
  • 2Place in slow cooker.
  • 3Add root beer, garlic, Worcestershire, onion (optional) and liquid smoke to cooker.
  • 4Cook on LOW for 9-10 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
  • 5Drain all liquid, strip pork.
  • 6Top with Jaymo's BBQ sauce at serving.
